Town resident Mitchell Kaufman has served as an officer for SRFD for the past 5 years, 4 as Assistant Chief. He answered the call when no one would. He helped rebuild this Fire Department to the amazing team it is today. We thank you for your years of service. And we thank you for the countless events or holidays you’ve missed to serve your community. Ex-Assistant Chief Kaufman, thank you for your service and dedication to The Borough of Saddle River.
